No, we have no age limits.

As long as you are above 137cm in height, you can use our services.

We do have children’s bicycles. The prices will be for those (Elementary School age or younger).

We also have an attachable seat and helmet set for infants (¥300) for the electric assisted bicycles.

You can pay using cashless services such as Rakuten Pay or PayPay (smartphone services). Please inquire for details.

You will fill out a form in-store. (It takes about 3 minutes)

We will check your identification (something that can be used to identify the user, such as a driver’s license or student ID).

*If you are staying in a hotel on the day of, please enter your hotel’s address on the application.

Please make your reservation two days before your arrival.

We will wait 20 minutes starting at the time of your reservation, but, unless we hear from you beforehand, we may treat it as a cancellation, as it may cause trouble for our other customers.

We charge the full price for same day cancellations.

We do not charge for cancellations made up to the day before your reservation.

If the weather is poor, we will not charge cancellation fees. (Please contact us by phone on the day of.)

If you make your cancellation on the day of, and the weather then takes a turn for the worse, we will return the fees charged for times during said poor weather. (You will have to confirm beforehand by phone.)

We will ask a nearby bicycle store to help with repairs.

Customers using the Theft and Damage Insurance Set will be reimbursed for any expenses incurred.

Customers who are not using the Insurance Set will have to pay for any expenses themselves.

However, there is no cost for repairing a flat tire during the campaign of the Insurance Set.

Please do not ride on a damage bicycle.

We will ask that you pay any expenses for damage, destruction, or loss of parts if you are at fault.

You may receive some compensation from our injury insurance (¥10,000,000 for death or serious injury, ¥5,000 per day spent in the hospital, ¥3,000 per day for outpatient hospital usage),  and the Type 2 TS Mark Insurance for the bicycles (¥1,000,000 for all death or serious class 1 – 4 injuries, and ¥100,000 for all injuries requiring over 15 days of hospitalization).

Whatever is not covered will be borne and solved by the user.

The injured party may receive compensation from the Type 2 TS Mark Insurance on the bicycle. (Up to ¥50,000,000 in the case of either death or serious injury.)

Any damages that are not covered will be compensated by the user.

We ask for your assistance in attempting to locate the bicycle.

You will be responsible for the market price of the bicycle.

Customers using our Theft and Damage Insurance Set and still have their key (and the bike was locked) will only be responsible for one third of the market price.

Yes. We offer Bridgestone C-Types.

We do. They are only available for the C-Type electrically assisted bicycles.

There is an additional charge (¥300) for the infant seat and helmet.
